Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for your section within the Michelin-starred kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes to consistently exceptional standards, working closely with senior chefs throughout preparation and service, ensuring your section is organised, prepared and ready for service, supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive, focused brigade.
Requirements
- Has previous Chef De Partie experience within a quality fresh-food kitchen, ideally has fine dining or luxury hotel experience, is organised, reliable and comfortable working within a busy kitchen.
