Key Responsibilities

• Managing and running your designated section of the kitchen efficiently during service.

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard.

• Ensuring all food preparation complies with company standards and recipes.

• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices at all times.

• Assisting with stock control, stock rotation, and minimising food waste.

• Supporting junior kitchen team members and helping with their development.

• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Contributing ideas for menu development and daily specials where appropriate.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.

• Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Food Hygiene certification is desirable.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
