We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator role
Salary: £32,000 – £34,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
Responsibilities of the Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator
- Prepare employment contacts and onboarding documents
- Coordinating employee mobilisation
- Coordinating appointments and mandatory training
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Liaising with employees throughout the onboarding process
- Maintain compliance records and databases
- Maintain company policies and procedures
- Supporting audits
- Monitor compliance deadlines
- Employment administration such as preparing payroll information and preparing contractual documents
- Preparing reports and spreadsheets and maintain electronic filing systems
Requirements for a successful Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator
- Previous administration or coordination experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information
