Faststream is recruiting for an executive chef Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality brand to recruit an exceptional Executive Chef for an exciting ultra-luxury yacht operation. This is a unique opportunity to lead a world-class culinary programme at sea, delivering exceptional dining experiences at a very high level. The Role As Executive Chef, you will lead all onboard culinary operations, overseeing multiple fine dining venues, in-suite dining and crew catering. You will inspire and develop your galley team while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety and guest satisfaction. RequirementsWe are looking for an experienced culinary leader with: Previous Executive Chef experience within luxury cruise, expedition or yacht operations, or significant leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort, ideally at Michelin star level.; A proven ability to lead and develop multicultural culinary teams.; Strong knowledge of international cuisine, fine dining, provisioning and food cost control.; Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.; What's on Offer Competitive salary of $11000 per month worked on board.; Rotational contract of 4 months on board 2 months off.; The opportunity to join one of the most exciting new ultra-luxury yacht operations.; Long-term career development with a globally recognised luxury hospitality brand.; To be considered for this exciting opportunity, please apply!
