Junior ServiceNow Administrator

We are seeking to appoint a Junior ServiceNow Administrator to support and enhance our ServiceNow platform, ensuring the smooth delivery of key digital services., With support and supervision from senior team members, the post holder will:
- Support the day-to-day administration and operation of the ServiceNow platform
- Assist with routine configuration and administration activities, developing hands-on experience of ServiceNow functionality under guidance
- Help investigate and resolve ServiceNow-related incidents, problems and service requests
- Monitor and manage work items within ServiceNow queues, escalating issues where required
- Assist with testing activities for system changes, enhancements and upgrades
- Support the creation and maintenance of documentation, including:
- Knowledge articles
- Configuration notes
- Standard operating procedures
- Create and maintain basic reports and dashboards to support service monitoring
- Carry out data management and housekeeping tasks, such as data clean-up and bulk updates
- Work with developers, service managers and stakeholders to understand how ServiceNow supports business processes
- Participate in team meetings and Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and reviews
- Actively engage in learning and development to build knowledge of:
- ServiceNow platform capability

Pay Supplement: The base salary for this role is £36,366-£39,037 This job qualifies for Digital, Data and Technology Annual Pay supplement 20% is included in the total remuneration above. Pension: 28.97% (RoS contribution) Annual leave: 38 days annual holiday, increasing to 42 days with length of service. Duration: Permanent Working Pattern: 35 hours per week. We are a flexible employer and will consider a variety of working patterns on a case-by-case basis. For example, compressed hours, term-time working or part-time working.
