Our globally connected client is seeking an exceptional Assistant to provide dedicated support to a busy Managing Director and his team. Working closely with the Managing Director, where you will act as a trusted right hand, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and helping maximise efficiency across a busy and ever-changing schedule.

You will be client facing in your communication, proactive and highly organised. You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an assistant within the investment sector. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Complex and proactive diary management across multiple time zones
• Coordinating extensive international travel arrangements, roadshows visas, and itineraries
• Managing expenses and ensuring timely submission and reconciliation
• Scheduling meetings and stakeholder engagement across global locations
• Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and presentations where required
• Acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting business and personal administration as needed
• Building strong working relationships across a collaborative global team

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Team Assistant
• Previous experience within a hedge fund, private equity, investment management, asset management, or broader financial services environment
• Proven expertise managing complex diaries, international travel, and expenses
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to anticipate needs
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• A professional, discreet, and highly dependable approach
