Are you an experienced Talent Partner who thrives in fast-paced, embedded environments?

We're looking for a Generalist Talent Partner to join Chapter 2 on a contract basis, partnering with one of our global clients in the aviation and technology sector.

You'll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent across a broad range of business functions. If you're an experienced Talent Partner who embraces AI, combines technology with exceptional human connection, and loves solving complex hiring challenges, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience.

• Strong generalist hiring experience across multiple business functions.

• Proven stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

• Experience working in-house, embedded/RPO, or within a fast-paced agency environment.

• Someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
