- Extensive senior generalist HR experience, preferably with transformation or change management expertise
- Proven track record in restructuring or building HR functions within scaling organisations
- Strong employee relations expertise combined with credible influence among senior stakeholders
- Ability to design forward-thinking performance frameworks and drive cultural change
- Deep knowledge of employment law and HR practices in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience coaching managers and leading HR projects on a part-time or interim basis
What you'll do
- Assess the current HR landscape, identifying gaps and prioritising improvement areas
- Develop and deliver an HR strategy aligned with business growth goals
- Shape and embed organisational values and culture to support scale
- Design and implement modern performance management systems, tools, and training programmes
- Coach managers in people management, ER issues, and performance conversations
- Review and modernise HR policies, contracts, and processes to ensure compliance across jurisdictions
- Oversee daily HR operations, including ER casework, recruitment, onboarding, and induction
- Collaborate with senior leaders to proactively manage people risks and deliver practical solutions
