We’re creating a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and hydrogen projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. We’re also building the Energy Network: a decentralised platform of smart devices that rewards users in Energy Dollars for electrifying their homes, shifting usage to off-peak hours, and helping balance the grid. This network strengthens grid stability - a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.Responsibilities
No day in operations is the same. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of areas, depending on the organisation's current needs.
Some of the projects Operations Managers will work on:
- M&A of energy generation sites (wind turbines, solar farms, and more)
- Structuring and capitalising a global business
- Researching and strategising the creation of an energy supply business – from scratch
- Exploring financial and regulatory structures around the globe
- Working with world-class product leaders to build a seamless consumer product
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from a top university in STEM with coding experience
- Track record of exceptional achievement
- Relentless approach to solving problems
- Comfortable learning quickly and iterating
- Ability to work well individually or in a team
