Senior Stylist - Guernsey

Our client is looking for a talented and personable Senior Hair Stylist to join their friendly team of hair and beauty specialists. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and qualified stylist with excellent technical abilities coupled with real creative flair and love of hair.

Our client works with industry leading brands and pride themselves on their style and creativity. They are looking for a talented stylist to join their St Peter Port salon.

From day one you will be supported to establish a thriving book of clients and you will provide them with a top-class salon experience, including providing advice on the latest fashion trends, cutting, colouring and styling at the highest level, as well as demonstrating the latest products and techniques.

You will be promoting client re-booking and cross-selling and up-selling of appropriate services and products and our client expect all of their stylists to assist with the training and development of their apprentice and junior stylists.

You will expected to be a trained and highly competent hair stylist holding at least NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), and will preferably have 3-4 years' experience of working in a busy salon used to maintaining a book of clients.
