Technical Sales Manager – Groundshoring
Role
This is a technical sales position responsible for developing a Midlands territory, selling a range of temporary works and ground support solutions. The focus is on promoting both above‑ground and below‑ground systems to contractors and civil engineering businesses. The role is heavily geared towards new business development, with additional responsibility for maintaining and growing existing relationships. The area has strong potential but requires a proactive, commercially minded individual to drive performance and rebuild momentum.

The Person
You’ll need experience selling into contractors, groundworkers, or civil engineering environments, ideally with exposure to temporary works, hire products, or heavy‑side construction materials. This role suits someone confident in technical sales, comfortable generating new business, and capable of building strong site‑level relationships.
