Maths ECT - Secondary School - Leeds
A high-achieving secondary school in Leeds is seeking a dedicated and motivated Maths Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their Maths department from January 2026.
• Full-time Maths Teacher role for ECTs
• Delivering KS3 and KS4 Maths curriculum
• Excellent CPD, department mentoring, and behaviour support
The school is ideal for a new teacher seeking high-quality training, low staff turnover, and an enthusiastic student cohort. The maths team offers collaborative planning and frequent departmental workshops to help build your confidence as a classroom practitioner.
Experience and Qualifications
• Maths PGCE or equivalent with QTS expected by January 2026
• A passion for supporting student progress and numeracy
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons with clear scaffolding
• Legal right to work in the UK
