The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils reach their full potential. Duties may include:

• Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment

We're Looking For

We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, including:

• Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants
• Support workers and care professionals
• Youth workers, sports coaches, or childcare practitioners
• Graduates looking to gain experience in education
• Anyone with experience working with children or young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
