We are seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant with experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role, requiring strong organisational ability, discretion, and the confidence to operate at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and travel management
- Acting as a gatekeeper for senior stakeholders
- Preparing presentations and briefing materials
- Coordinating projects and tracking priorities
- Managing confidential communications
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior PA / EA role
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to anticipate needs and operate with discretion
