Finance Business Partner

£65k - £80k per annum

Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure financial targets are achieved.
Monitor budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders.
Analyse cost drivers and recommend strategies for cost optimisation.
Support the implementation of financial controls and processes.
Assist in evaluating operational performance through key financial metrics.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
