Responsibilities
- Running your section with precision, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish. Collaborating with senior chefs to uphold the restaurant’s exceptional standards. Bringing creativity and technical skill to the team, contributing to menu development. Maintaining impeccable mise en place and kitchen organisation. Following strict food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a smooth service.
