Sales Manager

£80k per annum
Full-time

Location: West End, London
Salary: Basic up to £60,000 | OTE £140,000 – £150,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (with Saturday rota based on experience)

Do you have a sharp eye for luxury property sales and the leadership skills to elevate a boutique estate agency team? We’re seeking a Sales Manager for a prestigious West End office of one of London’s most respected estate agencies.

With a close-knit team and an average property fee of £24,000, this is a rare opportunity to manage a premium portfolio and drive business in one of the capital’s most exclusive areas.

About the Role

You’ll be leading a focused team of 2 Negotiators, working in a highly consultative, relationship-led environment. With annual targets ranging from £800k to £1m, the emphasis is on quality, client service, and results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-end property sales team
  • Drive sales and listings in one of London’s most desirable postcodes
  • Build long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional service
  • Strategically grow market share and profitability
  • Work closely with senior leadership to innovate and evolve sales strategies
  • Ensure flawless execution from valuation to completion

Requirements

  • Estate agency sales management experience in central London
  • A consultative, premium client service approach
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding targets
  • Confident managing high-value instructions
  • Full UK driving licence

Package & Benefits

  • Basic salary up to £60,000 (DOE)
  • Guarantee up to £70,000–£80,000 available
  • OTE £140,000 – £150,000+
  • Quarterly bonus scheme

Working Hours

  • Monday & Friday: 8:40am – 6:00pm
  • Tuesday to Thursday: 8:40am – 7:00pm
  • Saturdays: 1 in 2, 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 depending on experience
