The role and requirements of a Sales Executive
- Experience in Sales
- The ability and desire to sell
- Excellent communication skills

- Reviewing sales performance
The responsibilities of a Sales Executive
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate offers and work towards successful completion
- Work alongside your team members to achieve greater results
- Maintaining accurate records
- Reviewing sales performance
- Working towards monthly or annual targets
- Provide clients with costings
The Rewards
- Earnings will comprise a basic salary plus commission and bonuses with an OTE in excess of £35,000pa
Requirements:
- Persuasive
- Positive communicator with good listening skills
- Ability to present arguments using disturbance of consequences

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a bonus
Results
- 10 Sales per month
- Book 10 viewings per day
- Book 1 market appraisal per day
- Zero diary actions with no daily carry over
- Zero complaints
- 3 Positive reviews per month
