Senior Accounting Manager, Funds & Corporate - 6 month fixed term contract

Our client are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager who is available to join them immediately for a 6 month fixed term contract.

In this role you will lead the accounting team and to provide training, guidance and support to team members. You will provide accounting and financial reporting services to a portfolio of clients and supporting the team to meet all deliverables.

In addition to this you will prepare periodic financial reporting in accordance with relevant accounting and industry standards and providing assistance and provide advice on accounting related matters generally.

You will need a relevant accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA or equivalent / proven relevant experience as well as experience of IFRS and UK GAAP with relevant industry experience.

Our client is seeking a candidate who has experience of supervising, guiding and coaching staff, able to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing with clients and colleagues, able to monitor and provide guidance on accounting matters and best practice to junior members of the team, and be comfortable with technology and can adapt to various bespoke systems.
