Receptionist and Events Support, Global Investment Firm

We’re looking for a friendly, engaging, and proactive Receptionist and Events Support to join a small, boutique, and truly unique investment firm on a part-time basis, 4 days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the go-to person in a close-knit office, where personality and presence are just as important as experience. You’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming environment while supporting the delivery of high-quality internal and client-facing events. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility. Perfect if you’re between acting opportunities, running your own business, or simply want a part-time position within a welcoming workplace. Working alongside a small reception team, you’ll be the face of the business—greeting visitors, building relationships, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming guests and creating a memorable, professional first impression
- Acting as the go-to person for visitors and internal teams
- Supporting with breakfast or evening events
- Assisting with day-to-day reception duties and office support
- Working collaboratively within a small, friendly reception team
- A bubbly, outgoing, and personable individual who enjoys engaging with people
- Highly organised with a proactive, can-do mindset
- Previous reception, hospitality, or events experience preferred
- Someone who thrives in a boutique, fast-paced environment
