Settings: General Practice, Out of Hours, Same Day Access, Telephone Triage & Urgent Care Services
Rates: £78-£90 per hour (Limited Company / Sole Trader) About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting newly qualified and experienced General Practitioners to support a range of Primary Care and urgent care services across Liverpool, Warrington, Chester, Southport and the wider North West. Whether you're looking to build your portfolio, secure regular locum sessions or gain experience across a variety of clinical settings, this is an excellent opportunity to join supportive, well-established services offering flexible, ongoing work. Services Include * General Practice.
* Out of Hours services.
* Same Day Access clinics.
* Telephone and remote consultations.
* Clinical streaming and triage services.
* Community urgent care services.
* Home visiting services with dedicated driver support.
* Hospital-linked Primary Care services. Shift Availability
Flexible sessions are available across: * Weekday core hours.
* Evening Out of Hours shifts.
* Overnight sessions.
* Weekend clinics.
* Short-notice sickness cover.
* Holiday and rota cover.
* Ad hoc and ongoing rota sessions. Key Responsibilities * Deliver face-to-face and remote patient consultations.
* Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
* Prescribe safely and effectively within your scope of practice.
* Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS standards.
* Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
* Escalate and refer patients appropriately where required.
* Support safe, efficient patient care and service delivery. Requirements * GMC registration with a Licence to Practise.
* Inclusion on the NHS GP Performers List.
* Strong communication and consultation skills.
* Ability to work independently within busy Primary Care environments.
* Previous UK General Practice or Primary Care experience.
