What your day could look like: Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day learning activitiesWorking with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupilsHelping to keep students engaged, focused, and motivatedAssisting with classroom management and organisationSupporting pupils with additional needs where required We’re looking for someone who: Has experience working with children (school-based or similar)Is proactive, reliable, and ready to get stuck inCommunicates well with both pupils and staffBrings a positive attitude and lots of patienceIs adaptable — no two days are ever the same!
