Our company is looking for a Creative Artworker to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and apply style rules and standards for a variety of clients;
  • Work closely with the Accounts team to develop creative solutions for their clients;
  • Create mock-ups, visuals and retouch assets;
  • A self-starter who can take ownership of file archiving, backup and asset management;
  • Artworking across both print and digital mediums;
  • Collaborating with the design team and be confident in presenting ideas;
  • Developing brochures, simple digital layouts, PowerPoint artwork;
  • Great organisational skills;
  • Drive creative excellence individually and as part of a team on behalf of the clients;
  • Ensuring that work is produced to a very high standard;
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested;
  • Maintain a high visual standard; match, set and assist others in maintaining this standard;
  • Propose new ideas and innovations within print and packaging design, working alongside the 2D creative team;
  • Working with big brands and clients on some very exciting and new projects;
  • Peer review others work.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within an agency, in-house, freelance, work experience or internships;
  • Brand focused with the best and most effective creative solution for the client top of the agenda;
  • Skills in retouching, colour correction and masking;
  • Methodical approach to managing artwork files and assets;
  • Quality assurance for print and digital outputs;
  • Ability and willingness to collaborate;
  • Traditional typography and layout knowledge;
  • Digital banner campaign experience;
  • Excellent working knowledge of artwork, repro and print processes;
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar creative field;
  • Efficiency in a fast-paced environment;
  • Thorough and meticulous approach to detail in all active work;
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC including Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign;
  • Proactive with a positive, can-do mindset;
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in the entertainment industry.
