- Assist the Night Manager with security and in emergency situations;
- Conducting efficient check out in line with brand standards;
- Ensuring friendly welcome and check-in in line with brand standards;
- To provide a warm, welcoming and friendly environment;
- Preparing Night Audit report and complete night audit process;
- Integral in ensuring the security of guests and employees in the hotel at night;
- Management of guest arrivals and departures;

- All other duties as directed;
