Graduate IT Support Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Graduate IT Support Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Product support and maintenance (hardware and software) primarily through remote access;
- Investigating and resolving customer support enquires in line with compliance rules and company policy;
- PC and server software installations, configuration and testing;
- Providing out of hours support (remotely and onsite);
- Documenting critical and routine technical procedures as well as end user literature;
- Technical incident management (call logging, troubleshooting, escalation).
Requirements:
- The ability to establish good working relationship with customers and fellow colleagues;
- Relevant MCP, MCSA or MCSE qualifications are advantageous;
- A passion for IT and a good understanding of networking principles and Microsoft server and desktop environments;
- A 2.1 from a good university;
- Reliability and a keenness to solve clients demands;
- Excellent communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills;
- The ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
