Our company is looking for a Graduate IT Support Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Product support and maintenance (hardware and software) primarily through remote access;
  • Investigating and resolving customer support enquires in line with compliance rules and company policy;
  • PC and server software installations, configuration and testing;
  • Providing out of hours support (remotely and onsite);
  • Documenting critical and routine technical procedures as well as end user literature;
  • Technical incident management (call logging, troubleshooting, escalation).

Requirements:

  • The ability to establish good working relationship with customers and fellow colleagues;
  • Relevant MCP, MCSA or MCSE qualifications are advantageous;
  • A passion for IT and a good understanding of networking principles and Microsoft server and desktop environments;
  • A 2.1 from a good university;
  • Reliability and a keenness to solve clients demands;
  • Excellent communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills;
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
