Our company is looking for a Graduate Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Research industries and include takeaways in reports produced by the credit analysts;
  • Work alongside the other credit analysts to support coverage on topical credits;
  • Contribute to our high quality coverage through spreading financial statements, building capital structures and compiling summary financials;
  • Adhoc analysis;
  • Data checking, migrating and numerical problem solving;
  • Asset management;
  • Month end support;
  • Dealing with varying sets of client data;
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations;
  • Working closely with the Customer Success Manager and Directors to identify opportunities for improving their processes to drive customer success;
  • Supporting payroll processes;
  • Take share scheme documents and cap table information and convert these into the app so they are digitally accessible for customers;
  • Processing Journals;
  • Sales & revenue trackers;
  • Interpreting data from legal documentation to ensure it is accurately reflected on the app.

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of how businesses operate, including main risks, revenue drivers and credit metrics;
  • An ability to interpret financial statements to evaluate business performance;
  • Debt Advisory;
  • M&A (Cavendish Corporate Finance);
  • Corporate Finance;
  • Research;
  • Client Growth: Natural ability to nurture client relationships and deliver sustainable business growth to clients;
  • Creativity: Continuously challenge the way we do things and how we can make our offering different to our competitors;
  • Innovation: Consistently seek out new ways to approach every task/situation;
  • Legal/Financial experience a plus;
  • Graduate with a degree in economics, or recent graduates with a maximum of one year of experience in the financial industry;
  • A 1st or a 2.1 from a top university;
  • Bonus points for startup business experience;
  • Fluency in a European language or Mandarin would be advantageous, as this role will be working on our Europe and Asia products;
  • This role would suit someone wanting to progress in a career in Insights working with Marketing, Category and Sales departments.
