Our company is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan the frameworks for future marketing collateral;
  • Analyse data from the sales funnel and the customer journey to identify customer behaviour and patterns;
  • To maintain and respond to all data- flows from Data Collectors and Meter Operators;
  • Develop data-driven approaches to process prioritisation & scheduling to maximise use of process automation ‘bot’ resources;
  • Ensuring your insights are driving positive commercial decisions for growth;
  • Analyse the automated process data, monitor key performance metrics, and devise actionable insights to optimize efficiencies and benefits;
  • Weekly performance reporting – managed house sales & labour;
  • Tenacious problem solving ability;
  • Any ad-hoc analysis required to improve understanding;
  • Taking and logging orders;
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain information and resolve queries;
  • Build knowledge of the energy industry and develop an understanding of queries and resolution;
  • Interpret client requirements into analytical tasks;
  • Automating reports using SQL and Tableau;
  • To assist finance if required on budgets / forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Advanced SQL;
  • Python;
  • FS/Banking background highly desirable;
  • Ability to drive results with strong thought leadership skills;
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually;
  • Ability to suggest analytical solutions that will move the needle in terms of what the team can provide;
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday);
  • Support internal stakeholders. This will include the production of detailed information and analysis for teams to review various performance metrics;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and concisely;
  • Extensive experience of working with a range of stakeholders to better understand their data and reporting requirements;
  • Conduct analytics to identify insights and present those insights to CEO and other members of the executive team;
  • Tenacious problem solving ability;
  • Solid organisational skills;
  • Google analytics / Adobe analytics.
