Responsibilities:
- Ensure all infrastructure is kept secure;
- Provide 1st line support of network printers and mobile devices;
- Manage issues through to resolution;
- Undertake continuous improvement and small-scale enhancements/mini projects when required;
- Ensure all calls are responded to;
- Ticket escalation;
- Provide 1st line support for video conference meetings and presentation set up;
- Adhere to IT Security and Information Risk controls;
- Provide 1st line support of desktop hardware and software.
