Our company is looking for a IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all infrastructure is kept secure;
  • Provide 1st line support of network printers and mobile devices;
  • Manage issues through to resolution;
  • Undertake continuous improvement and small-scale enhancements/mini projects when required;
  • Ensure all calls are responded to;
  • Ticket escalation;
  • Provide 1st line support for video conference meetings and presentation set up;
  • Adhere to IT Security and Information Risk controls;
  • Provide 1st line support of desktop hardware and software.

Requirements:

  • Call logging & remote access tools;
  • Windows 10;
  • Office 365;
  • Active Directory.
