Our company is looking for a Product Support Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up product access for new customers, including the build of systems and setting up of user access;
  • Provision of product orientation training for new and existing customers (mostly remotely, but some travel may be required).

Requirements:

  • Excellent presentation abilities;
  • Ability to travel;
  • Demonstrable passion for Emsi’s vision and mission;
  • Strong quantitative and analysis skills;
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
  • Experience in delivering product training is desirable;
  • Ability to work well independently but also as part of a team. Organise own diary, workload and movements week to week;
  • Experience of working in one or more of Emsi’s core sectors preferred;
  • Highly proficient in using the internet and all MS Office programs, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
