Product Support Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Product Support Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up product access for new customers, including the build of systems and setting up of user access;
- Provision of product orientation training for new and existing customers (mostly remotely, but some travel may be required).
Requirements:
- Excellent presentation abilities;
- Ability to travel;
- Demonstrable passion for Emsi’s vision and mission;
- Strong quantitative and analysis skills;
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
- Experience in delivering product training is desirable;
- Ability to work well independently but also as part of a team. Organise own diary, workload and movements week to week;
- Experience of working in one or more of Emsi’s core sectors preferred;
- Highly proficient in using the internet and all MS Office programs, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
