- Build and maintain system and application architecture, standards and best practices documentation;
- Perform architecture reviews and develop joint solutions with partners;
- Listens to and evaluates customer needs to determine, provide, and identify high quality solutions that align with customer expectations;
- Support pre-sales activities (e.g. providing input on RFP responses);
- Participate as a trusted technical expert in pre-sales and implementation of the Sugar solution.
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of application development methodologies and infrastructure and network architecture;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation;
- API management technologies;
- A solid understanding of relevant technology trends;
- Application performance tuning;
- Experience in Web applications and excellent knowledge of at least one of the dynamic languages and familiar with others (PHP, Python, Ruby, Perl);
