Technical Lead / Lead Developer PHP Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Technical Lead / Lead Developer PHP to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Sprint planning and task delegation, leading relevant solution development team(s) to timely delivery;
- Developing technical solutions using a customer-centric design-led approach;
- Improving internal development processes and practices;
- Ensuring smooth, low-debt development;
- Hands-on coding opportunities;
- Ensuring defensive and secure solutions.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of SQL and/or MySQL;
- Must have recent experience in a senior team position in an Agile environment;
- Experience of building unit and regression tests is preferred;
- Must have a strong background in developing solutions with PHP and the associated frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Slim 3 etc).
