Our company is looking for a Lead .NET Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Head up the development priorities within a project to ensure it is delivered on time;
- Take charge of a team of developers through from design to delivery;
- Advocate and leadership of design review;
- Working with architecture focussed road maps;
- Manage development on business-critical areas of software;
- Accountable to the product development manager for producing the highest quality solutions;
- Coaching technical performance, identifying training needs;
- Setting technical objectives and measuring progress;
- Be responsible for project delivery, dealing with client requirements and updates throughout the process;
- Act as the technical lead and mentor to other developers.
Requirements:
- Experience of team management (.NET & SQL DBA team members);
- Strong experience using Agile (SCRUM);
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
- Experience of Using Amazon Web Services (AWS);
- Proven track record of using .NET Core, C# and Angular;
- Passionate, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized;
- Strong experience working in an agile environment, preferably in a variety of situations;
- Experience of SQL syntax and SQL Server;
- Proven track record of delivering projects to time and budget;
- Jira & Confluence Experience;
- Experience of the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and functional specification to testing and delivery;
- Enthusiasm and interest in all things technology and Internet;
- Proven track record of using Microsoft .NET Stack including Entity Framework and Web API;
- Front-end development HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery;
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
