Responsibilities:
- Keeping site tidy;
- Clearing areas of work to ensure it is a clean and safe environment to work in;
- Cleaning and clearing site;

- General Labourer duties (housekeeping/site maintenance);
- Maintaining tools and equipment;
- Loading and delivering materials;

- Aiding in the recycling process;
- Aiding in the collection of waste;
- General cleanliness around the works;
- Working alongside Trades on site;
- Filling grit bins;
- Suitable candidate must have a valid CSCS.
Requirements:
- Full PPE;
- CSCS Card;
- Previous experience of working as a Labourer on Construction sites;
- Proven experience on site;
- Reliable;
- Willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends and overtime as required;
- Full driving licence;
- Must be able to Drive as the location will be difficult via Public Transport;
- Previous experience assisting various trades on site;
- Manual Handling Certificate;
- Experience of working within Building Construction and Maintenance Industry;
- Maintain a clean and safe environment ready for next step of process;
- Up to 6 months experience in a Labouring position;
- Demonstrate a throughout knowledge of skills, technology and safety procedures for ongoing tasks;
- Good Availability.
