Multi Skilled Plasterer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Multi Skilled Plasterer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and resurface repairs;
- Able to pick up basic Carpentry and or basic Plumbing;
- Ability to plaster to a high standard;
- Remove and replace radiators;
- Void repairs.
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to communicate with client’s representatives, tenants and other agencies as required;
- You will have a relevant trade qualification or a minimum 5 years’ experience in 3 or more of the trades listed above;
- Experience in building, domestic plumbing, carpentry, plastering, decorating and tiling is also preferred;
- Plastering experience is an advantage but not essential;
- Full clean driving licence;
- Experience in plastering is essential.
