Digital Product Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing stakeholders across all levels of the organisation;
- Various ad hoc duties;
- Analyse performance of changes – ensure any changes can be tracked, and reported on to drive continuous improvement;
- Write requirements and technical specifications, test plans, and wireframes to ensure clear briefs are delivered to developers;
- Communicate all digital updates effectively to the wider business;
- Tracking, updating and communicating ecommerce development timelines to the functional teams and key stakeholders;
- Develop and iterate wireframes using design best practice and industry standard tools (e.g. Axure, Sketch, Invision);
- Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders ensuring all product meets brand/legal guidelines and is delivered to budget and on-time;
- Identify user needs through research, analysis, market data and direct interaction with users and clients;
- Working with the Head of UX to build and manage the A/B and MV testing plan;
- Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision;
- Maintain awareness of competetors and developments within the industry;
- Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps;
- Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision;
- Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with various stakeholoders;
- Have an undergraduate degree;
- Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills;
- Possess a technical mindset and understanding of technical architecture required to produce large scale digital products;
- Web analytical skills, eg. Google Analytics, Power BI;
- A marketing background would be highly advantageous;
- Product Management experience from a previous similar role;
- Previous experience within a similar role is a must;
- Background in software development and program management is preferred;
- Digitally savvy with an exceptional understanding of the latest developments in digital;
- Excellent communication, project, and stakeholder management skills;
- A strong understanding of the product delivery cycle, from specification to development to delivery to reporting;
- Experience or certificate in Agile Scrum;
- Excellent stakeholder management, working with development and design team;
- Proficient in Microsoft team collaboration tools.
