Our company is looking for a PR & Communications Coordinator to join our team.
- Facilitate the production of all marketing material, both internal and external;
- Taking ownership over all social media channels and website;
- Creation of reports and formatting of all text and written content for the studio;
- Producing & disseminating regular external communications with stakeholders;
- Coordinating communications and aligning all internal processes including the image library, previous marketing collateral and presentations;
- Contact and database management;
- Ensuring excellent communication via multiple channels (Including press work, social media, newsletters, internal mailings etc.).
- Proven experience working within the design sectors, previous experience of working within an architecture studio beneficial;
- Client facing who thrives on providing an exceptional marketing experience;
- An excellent team player who can also work independently;
- An eye for design and layout;
- Excellent oral and verbal skills.
