Our company is looking for a PR & Communications Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the production of all marketing material, both internal and external;
  • Taking ownership over all social media channels and website;
  • Creation of reports and formatting of all text and written content for the studio;
  • Producing & disseminating regular external communications with stakeholders;
  • Coordinating communications and aligning all internal processes including the image library, previous marketing collateral and presentations;
  • Contact and database management;
  • Ensuring excellent communication via multiple channels (Including press work, social media, newsletters, internal mailings etc.).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within the design sectors, previous experience of working within an architecture studio beneficial;
  • Client facing who thrives on providing an exceptional marketing experience;
  • An excellent team player who can also work independently;
  • An eye for design and layout;
  • Excellent oral and verbal skills.
