Responsibilities:
- Developing, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards;
- Daily administration and support;
- Keep abreast of latest releases;
- Work on Salesforce project roadmap;
- Work with the Customer Experience Platform to deploy the product across the EMEA region;
- Supporting large data quality projects;
- Work with the EMEA technical teams to support the design, quality, fit for purpose features and solutions;
- Automate business processes within the database to ensure high quality services, streamline processes and achieve greater efficiency;
- Producing reports on campaigns and marketing data;
- Gain an understanding of the problems faced by the business and act as the champion of the what and why;
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management;
- Provide training and support to internal power users;
- Data hygiene – Clear down duplication of contacts & companies, to meet targets set in advance by the Head of Demand Generation;
- Data migration;
- Heavy data entry.
Requirements:
- Strong Salesforce administration experience;
- Experience with configuring Pardot or other similar marketing automation solution;
- Proven experience within an multiple integration point environment;
- Experience in both lightning and classic;
- Creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards;
- Salesforce.comAdministrator Certification;
- ADM 201, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Community Cloud Certificates;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Great communications skill (Both written and verbal);
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Salesforce configuration & functionality;
- Salesforce Administrator Certification;
- Professional experience with software implementation, integration and support;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Salesforce.com Administrator Certification;
- High level of expertise regarding data models, database design and development.
