Our company is looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team.

Facilitate workshops to understand client ambitions, business and user requirements;
Supporting the project life cycle from conception to support in a constructive and effective way;
Share solutions on platform-based inquiries;
Understanding and researching of business insights, challenges and needs to provide supporting materials;
Responsible for defining objectives and KPIs for product performance and delivery;
Building a strong understanding of Tide member needs and assessing opportunities, understanding behaviour, and testing hypotheses with data analysis;
Participate in Demo and Retrospective, reviewing and accepting stories ensuring functional quality;
Define user Stories and other backlog items in JIRA providing clear value-based acceptance criteria which are understood by the whole scrum team;
Communicating progress on the area of the product with the rest of the business;
Responsible for post-delivery review sessions and ensuring process improvements are put in place;
Through the scrum process, accept stories as done and take ownership of ensuring quality, focusing primarily on fitness for use;
Owning and independently defining the vision for one or more Tide features;
Be the voice of Customer and research, understand & translate customer needs into detailed requirements & validate solutions against customer needs;
End to end ownership over the delivery of new features and improvements to existing features.

The ability to lead and manage several projects whilst complying with timetables;
Information playback and workshop experience;
Two or more years working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or other equivalent positions;
Be able to problem solve in conjunction with distilling research and applying to reach a relevant and beneficial solution;
Successful delivery of large complex tech products & projects;
Experience with B2B platforms/marketplaces.
