Our company is looking for a Head of Analytics to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coming up with a highly structured roadmap;
  • Building out strategies for the team;
  • You will take responsibility for most of the client engagements and ownership;
  • Ensure regular reporting needs are met, partnering with reporting team to deliver timely, accurate and relevant data;
  • Service innovation – working with other senior members of the agency to proactively develop Code’s conversion services and processes;
  • Developing analytical models to estimate the impact of different scenarios, assisting in the business decision making process;
  • Monitor, analyse and report on the general health of the site;
  • Client centric – creating and maintain good relationships with clients, and support new business development and pitching;
  • Understanding client business models – spotting opportunities for commercial optimisation, and building test and insight plans;
  • Understanding drivers of overall business performance.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SQL;
  • Team management;
  • Customer insight and marketing analytics experience;
  • Commercial responsibility for a team or business unit;
  • Experience of leading pitches or pitching internally for investment;
  • Have line-managed team members or grown and led a small team;
  • Web Analytics;
  • Google Analytics;
  • Demonstration of thought-leadership through speaking and writing.
