Quotations Advisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Quotations Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new quotes for customers, adhering to the Company procedure for providing customer quotes;
- Form and maintain close relationships with all relevant departments;
- Be responsible for increasing business opportunities, from trading, lapsed and new customers ensuring a high level of customer service at all times;
- Develop and deliver competitive and accurate quotes on standard, non-standard and special products.
Requirements:
- Past experience generating quotes of some nature is highly desirable;
- Ability to meet or exceed deadlines and to multi-task;
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets;
- Experience of liaising with customers through a sales process also desirable.
