We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our comprehensive marketing strategy. This pivotal role presents an opportunity to shape a growing team and propel our established training company to new heights. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Architect and deliver a marketing plan that aligns with overarching business goals. Oversee the development and implementation of cohesive marketing campaigns across our apprenticeship, commercial, and government contract lines.

Team Management and Development: Directly manage the existing marketing executive, taking responsibility for the team's growth, structure, and performance.

Brand Stewardship: Champion our brand, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing output and channels.

Digital and Paid Expertise: Drive lead generation through optimization of Google Ads, Facebook, and other PPC campaigns, demonstrating at least two years of hands-on paid advertising experience.

Content Creation: Supervise the development of high-quality marketing materials including website content, e-shots, and promotional assets, leveraging design skills as needed.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish KPIs, implement tracking, and deliver regular reports to the Senior Management Team on campaign results and ROI.

Qualifications

Proven Success: Track record of success leading a marketing function in a service-based company.

Leadership Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and inspire marketing personnel.

B2B and B2C Proficiency: Experience developing and implementing effective strategies for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer audiences.

Analytical Mindset: Capacity to glean actionable insights from data, informing strategic marketing decisions.

Technical Finesse: Strong command of web development tools, data analytics platforms, and design principles would be a significant advantage.

Excellent Communicator: Polished written and verbal communication skills.
