Leadership Team

With 19+ years of experience in the IT industry, Dmytro Gryn is currently focused on driving Jooble's efficiency to deliver maximum value to the company's customers worldwide. His journey with Jooble began in May 2007, when he joined as a software engineer, becoming the company's first hire after its two founders.

Before being appointed CEO, Dmytro progressed through the ranks from engineer to team lead and eventually to Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, he led Jooble's international expansion into overseas recruitment markets, building key operational processes from the ground up and assembling high-performing teams along the way.

Dmytro also holds an Executive MBA from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, graduating with honours in 2026.

Artem Dubowiecki joined Jooble in 2014 and has extensive experience in the internet industry, particularly in business planning, income tax, risk management, and auditing.

Under his leadership, Jooble has expanded its operations, invested in startups, improved financial processes, and launched new business units. Artem's ability to manage crises effectively has contributed to the company's success, even during challenging times.

With a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from the University of London, Artem continues to drive strategic financial decision-making at Jooble.

Nazim joined Jooble in 2014 and grew with the company from a developer to Chief Product and Technology Officer. Today, he is a member of the management team, responsible for Jooble's product and technology.

At the core of his focus is bringing the two together – building products that solve real user needs, and creating the conditions under which technology serves Jooble's long-term business goals.

Nazim actively develops the practices that raise his teams’ productivity and impact. Currently, his focus is on scaling the company through the products that are driving its growth.

Tetiana Gorbunova joined the company in 2011 as a Partnership Manager and quickly progressed to a team leadership role. Over the years, she has held four different positions within the company, ultimately becoming Chief Sales Officer.

As CSO, Tetiana has built and leads a high-performing team and plays a key role in driving sales transformation and implementing critical cross-functional processes. She also contributes to the company’s strategic decision-making.

Beyond her core responsibilities, Tetiana conducts values-based final interviews for candidates across all teams, helping ensure strong alignment with the company’s core values throughout the hiring process.

Yuliia has over 10 years of experience in communications and public relations, specialising in integrated communication strategies, brand reputation, and business growth across international markets.

As Communications Marketing Lead at Jooble, she is part of the company’s leadership team, shaping global communications and marketing initiatives. She works across marketing, product, sales, and regional teams to build brand awareness, strengthen the company’s reputation, and create meaningful connections between the brand and its audiences.

Nataliia Haponiuk is a business leader with over seven years of experience at Jooble. As an Expansion Manager, she leads Jooble's international growth initiatives, identifying high-potential markets, forging strategic partnerships and helping employers connect with talent worldwide.

Since joining Jooble in 2019, Nataliia has progressed from Business Development Manager to Customer Success Executive, before becoming Expansion Manager. Her career path reflects a deep understanding of customer needs, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Serhii Voitenkov is an IT expert with over 15 years of industry experience, including more than a decade in software development.

He graduated from the Faculty of Thermal Power Engineering at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (KPI), widely regarded as one of Ukraine's most prestigious technical universities, where he specialised in the Automation of Energy Processes and Systems Design.

Serhii joined Jooble in 2009 as a Junior Full Stack Developer and has grown alongside the company ever since. Over the years, he has held a range of technical leadership roles, ultimately becoming Chief Data Science Officer in 2023.

Throughout his career at Jooble, Serhii has played a key role in scaling the company's technology across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Today, he leads an 18-member Data Science team and successfully drives the implementation of AI-powered solutions that enhance the experience for Jooble users across all of the company's markets.

Anton Burdak has over 13 years of experience at Jooble. He joined the team in October 2013 as a student, holding a Master's degree in System Engineering. Anton started his career as a Web Scraper Specialist, later moving into roles such as Team Lead Content Quality and Customer Experience Team Lead, where he managed the leaders of three departments: Aggregation & Monitoring, Content Quality, and Customer Support. Before stepping into his current role, he also served as the Head of Business Development team.

Anton's achievements at the company include building the Customer Support team from scratch and contributing to the development of the Affiliate and Customer Success departments. As Country Head, he is leading Jooble's transformation from an aggregator to a job board in the Balkan region, which resulted in a 7x MRR growth over two years. Anton's current goal is to secure Jooble's position as a job board in the Balkan market and increase its financial market share relative to local competitors.

Alina Soloviova began her professional journey with Jooble in 2014, starting as an assistant to the accountant.

Over 9 years at Jooble, Alina has progressed through various finance and accounting roles, culminating in her current position as Financial Manager. Her varied experience has given her a deep understanding of the company's processes and a comprehensive insight into Jooble's financial aspects.

Today, she leads the accounting team and oversees the seamless operation of all financial components of the company, ensuring transparency and understanding of financial metrics and processes within Jooble, providing valuable insights that help shape strategic decisions. In addition, Alina is involved in the financial evaluation of various business initiatives, providing critical assessment that impacts the company's growth and innovation.

In 2006, while a student at KPI, he co-founded Jooble with his friend and fellow student Eugene Sobakarov. The total number of Jooble's monthly visits is more than 90 million, and the company's team speaks 29 languages. Jooble is a remote-first company whose employees can work remotely from anywhere in the world.

Roman is actively involved in running the company and setting its goals. Marketing and sales are at the heart of his work.

Eugene Sobakarov, co-founder of Jooble. In 2006, while a student at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, he founded Jooble with his friend Roman Prokofiev. In over 15 years, the company has grown from a student start-up to a global company with a product used in more than 65 countries around the world. Eugene takes an active part in the company's management and in shaping its goals.
