Procurement Delivery Coordinator - Kwinana, WA

Airswift is seeking an experienced Procurement Delivery Coordinator to join our client, a major operator in the energy sector, supporting their Technology Procurement - Operations team based in Kwinana, Western Australia .

This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, compliant, and timely procurement outcomes across maintenance and project activities. You will coordinate end to end sourcing, contracting, commercial administration, logistics, and performance reporting while working closely with Operations, Technical Services, Projects, HSE&C, suppliers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities

Support end to end sourcing and contracting activities, including tendering, evaluations, negotiation support, and contract finalisation.
Interpret contract terms and contribute to negotiations with strong commercial judgement.
Draft and review sourcing proposals to support procurement decisions.
Execute day to day procurement administration for operational and project requirements.
Maintain accurate commercial, contractual, and logistics records to ensure audit?ready documentation.
Oversee logistics coordination and access control associated with procurement activities.
Act as SME for procurement databases, ensuring data accuracy and robust document control.
Provide project coordination support to align procurement deliverables with project schedules.
Prepare and present procurement performance reports, evaluations, and analytics.
Ensure contractor onboarding, ISO expectations, and site assurance requirements are met.
Communicate effectively with cross functional teams and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in procurement, commerce, law, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
5-8 years' experience in procurement, contract management, or commercial coordination within an operating asset or heavy industry environment.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret contract terms and support negotiations.
Demonstrated capability in running or supporting sourcing events, evaluations, and award processes.
Clear written communication and strong cross functional collaboration skills.
Practical procurement experience within an operating asset or heavy industry environment.
