ALTIOS is an international advisory group dedicated to helping companies accelerate their growth across borders. Through its global presence and multidisciplinary expertise, the Group supports businesses at every stage of their international development, from market entry and business expansion to investment, corporate services and operational support.

The United Kingdom represents a strategic market for the Group, with an established presence and experienced teams.

As part of its next phase of development, ALTIOS has set an ambitious objective: to triple the size of its UK business over the next five years.

To support this ambition, the Group is creating a position of Country Manager UK, with overall responsibility for the subsidiary's strategic development, commercial growth, operational performance and leadership.

Mission

In close collaboration with the Group's Executive Management, you will assume overall responsibility for ALTIOS UK, defining and implementing its growth strategy while ensuring the financial performance, operational excellence and long-term development of the subsidiary.

Your entrepreneurial mindset, commercial drive and strategic vision will be central to accelerating ALTIOS's development in the UK. Building on the expertise and reputation of the existing teams, you will identify new growth opportunities, strengthen the Group's market positioning and translate its ambitions into a clear and actionable business plan.

With business development at the heart of your role, you will lead and support the existing Business Developer, while personally contributing to the origination and development of strategic client relationships. Your ability to engage senior decision-makers and build trusted relationships will enable you to identify and secure new opportunities among UK companies pursuing international expansion. Working closely with CEOs, business owners and senior executives, you will position ALTIOS as a long-term partner in their international growth.

Your natural ability to connect people, influence stakeholders and develop strategic partnerships will be instrumental in expanding the ALTIOS ecosystem in the UK. Through your established network and proactive approach, you will strengthen relationships with banks, private equity firms, professional services organisations, trade associations, institutional partners and other key players supporting international business development.

Your leadership will extend across the full UK organisation. You will directly manage the Outbound Business Development and Advisory teams, while providing overall leadership to the existing Corporate Services and FDI businesses, working closely with their current leaders and partners.

Your ability to inspire confidence, unite experienced professionals and create a shared sense of purpose will be essential in bringing these complementary activities together around a common vision. You will encourage collaboration, develop cross-selling opportunities and strengthen the integration of the UK teams within ALTIOS's international network.

As Country Manager, you will take full ownership of the UK P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, profitability and operational performance. Your business acumen and results-oriented approach will allow you to translate strategic priorities into financial objectives, allocate resources effectively and support investment and organisational decisions.

Working closely with Group leadership and international colleagues, you will also contribute to identifying new opportunities for partnerships, service development and potential external growth, reinforcing ALTIOS's position in the UK market.

Your Profile

You bring at least 10 years of experience in business development, international consulting or B2B professional services, with a proven track record of generating revenue, developing strategic partnerships and managing senior client relationships.

Well connected within the UK business ecosystem, you have the commercial drive and credibility to engage C-level executives, open new opportunities and turn them into sustainable business opportunities.

Your entrepreneurial mindset, leadership and personal presence enable you to set a clear direction, inspire experienced teams and drive ambitious growth. You combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach and have demonstrated your ability to manage business performance and P&L responsibilities.

Internationally minded, you thrive in a multicultural environment and bring the influencing skills, agility and collaborative approach required to lead a multidisciplinary organisation.
