You’re a driven and commercially savvy business development manager with a track record of closing deals and scaling revenue.
You have experience in PropTech, real estate, or digital solutions with a track record and network within the commercial office space.
You thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and are excited by the challenge of building something big.
You know how to develop relationships, navigate complex sales cycles, and deliver results.
As the leading Business Development Manager you will own and drive revenue growth for the business
Develop and convert leads into long-term commercial partnerships.
Work closely with leadership and the implementation team to ensure seamless project handovers.
Navigate complex sales cycles, crafting compelling proposals and delivering value-driven solutions.
Hybrid flexibility – Work from home or collaborate in our premium London HQ .
Competitive base salary (£60-£65k) + uncapped commission
- 5% on one-off development fees
