The Swiss version of Jooble’s platform (ch.jooble.org) has been recognized as one of the country’s top 10 job search websites, according to a recent study conducted by respected publications Handelszeitung, PME, and the research institute Statista.
The ranking highlights the leading recruitment platforms and HR service providers in the Swiss market, with Jooble earning a spot among the most trusted job search destinations in the country.
Jooble operates across the entire DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), making this recognition in Switzerland especially meaningful within the broader German-speaking job market.
According to the study, 75% of business leaders rely on digital platforms to find talent, and Jooble was acknowledged as one of the key platforms delivering strong results for both job seekers and recruiters.
The ranking was based on an extensive online survey conducted between October 1 and November 15, 2024, in collaboration with Handelszeitung and PME. Over 7,500 local HR professionals and recruiters participated in the study.
Two groups of respondents contributed to the evaluation:
Job seekers assessed the user experience (design, navigation, search functionality) and the quality of search results (relevance of job matches).
HR professionals and recruiters evaluated the ease of use for posting vacancies, the quality of applications received, and their overall willingness to recommend the platform.
This recognition is a significant milestone for Jooble in the Swiss market. However, the company remains focused on continuous improvement, aiming to evolve its services in line with market needs and to deliver an exceptional user experience in the employment space.
