What you will do:

* Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with head and neck cancer presenting with speech, voice, communication, and swallowing difficulties.

* Develop, implement, and review evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

* Monitor patient progress and evaluate treatment outcomes to ensure interventions remain effective and goal focused.

* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including oncologists, ENT specialists, dietitians, nurses, and other allied health professionals.

* Offer expert advice, education, and support to patients, families, carers, and colleagues regarding communication and swallowing management.

* Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case discussions, and treatment planning sessions.

* Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

* Contribute to service development initiatives, audits, and quality improvement projects where appropriate.

* Promote best practice and evidence-based approaches within specialist head and neck cancer care.
