TEMP: PA TO SUPPORT PHD APPLICATION
£25 - £30 p/h DOE
Fully Remote, 5-8 hours per week

An exciting opportunity for a highly organised, intellectually curious and exceptionally detail-oriented graduate to provide PA support to a private individual undertaking a PhD application, ideal for someone who enjoys r esearch, problem-solving and navigating complex information . You will take ownership of the practical and administrative side of the application, ensuring every element is correctly researched, prepared and submitted.
THE ROLE
- Researching visa requirements, university processes and third-party verification
- Drafting and formatting supporting documents, including CVs and research proposals
- Setting up accounts and applicant profiles
- Uploading transcripts and supporting documentation
- Researching referees and relevant verification requirements
- Proofreading and checking documents for accuracy and consistency
- Navigating university portals and webpages, providing recommendations and guidance
- Ensuring the application is thorough, accurate and fully compliant
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate or graduate-calibre candidate , ideally educated at a top university
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Research-oriented and resourceful
- Extremely computer literate with excellent reading comprehension
- Able to work autonomously and manage your own time
- Available immediately
