Ideal schedule Wed-Sunday or Thursday-Sunday, covering weekends, but open to Monday to Friday.

Hours required 7am- 7pm with long break in middle of the day.

A busy family with young children living in Holland Park, London is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organised Live-In Housekeeper/Cook to join their fully staffed household.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Housekeeper/Cook who takes genuine pride in maintaining an immaculate home, enjoys preparing healthy family meals, and is looking for a long-term position with a respectful family.

The principals have exceptionally high housekeeping standards and are looking for a meticulous Housekeeper/Cook with excellent attention to detail.

The successful Housekeeper/Cook will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the household, ensuring the home is maintained to an exceptional standard while preparing delicious, nutritious meals for the family.

The family has three school-aged children who are cared for by a dedicated nanny, allowing the Housekeeper/Cook to focus primarily on housekeeping and cooking duties.

The household also has two friendly small family dogs, so all housekeepers applying must be dog friendly.

Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping Duties
• Full housekeeping of a family home.
• Maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout.
• Daily cleaning and organisation of all living areas and bedrooms.
• Laundry, detailed ironing and careful wardrobe management.
• Specialist care of high-quality clothing, shoes and household items.
• Organising wardrobes and ensuring clothing is well maintained.
• General household organisation and maintaining a beautifully presented home.
• Monitoring household supplies and reporting any maintenance issues.

Cook Duties:

• Preparing fresh, healthy and varied family meals.
• Planning simple family menus.
• Grocery shopping and kitchen organisation as required.
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen at all times.

The successful Housekeeper/Cook will be provided with comfortable live-in accommodation comprising: p rivate bedroom/ bathroom with ki tchenette area in room.  Accommodation situated on the basement level, providing excellent privacy from the main family living areas, but no separate external entrance.

An experienced Live-In Housekeeper/Cook who genuinely enjoys maintaining a beautifully run household, has excellent cooking skills for family-style meals, and is looking for a long-term role with a respectful family who value professionalism, discretion and consistently high standards.
