The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers to support pupils' learning, build confidence, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed. Key responsibilities include: Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence and participation Supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources Upholding safeguarding procedures and school expectations at all times The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare, coaching or support setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, patient and proactive approach
• The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates and those looking to begin a career in education are all warmly encouraged to apply
